Barbara Gregory
August 23, 1944 — September 25, 2016
Barbara Gregory, 72 of Paducah. Went home to be with her Lord at 5:42 a.m. Sunday at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah.
Ms. Gregory was active member of Southland Baptist Temple where she served as Church secretary for 47 years, Barbara also taught Children’s Sunday School for many of those years.
She is survived by three brothers, Sam (Carolyn) Gregory of Reidland, Bill and Gary Gregory, both of Paducah; three sisters, Dorothy (Archie) Dowdy of Calvert City, Carolyn (Bill) Marcum of Murray, Diane (James) Pulley of Decauter, Il.; and several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Gregory was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Earl; and one sister, Ruby. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday September 30th at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Franks and Rev. Topper Council officiating. Internment to follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Lindsey Funeral Home.
