Robert Lee Keeling Sr.

Robert Lee Keeling Sr., 81, Metropolis passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis.

Surviving is five daughters, Debra and husband Rick Noble of Metropolis, Sheila Bennett of Metropolis, Cheryl and husband Martin Robertson of Metropolis, Bobbi and husband Mark Simoneau of Metropolis, Brenda and husband Kent Kester of Metropolis; one son, RJ Petermichel and wife Alisa of Kissimmee, FL; one sister, Carol Bradley; one daughter-in-law, Cessinee Keeling Thornton of Cypress; fifteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death his wife of 47 years, Patricia Keeling; his son, Robert Lee “Brother” Keeling Jr.; his parents, Rudy and Rita Keeling; and his brother, Wayne Keeling.

Private family graveside services will be held.
