Loving Wife to Perry Thacher for 42 years

She is survived by her two daughters Lynda Winkler and Candace Eldredge,

two grandchildren Samantha and Brian Eldredge three step-children Gary

and Robert Thacher and Laura Scope and her 4 siblings Yvette Messer, Rick

Bayne, Roger Bayne and Pamela Jones.

Barbara was a giving, loyal, loving person, who was a great listener and

always there for her family.  She was one who never gave up on you.

She had a six sense for knowing when you needed to hear from her.  Through all

the hardships she endured, she was an amazing person who never gave up and

even though she flew away in our souls and hearts she’ll stay until we meet again

in Gods house.
