Benjamin Forrest Sherwood III

Benjamin Forrest Sherwood III, 52, of Crystal City, Missouri passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023, in an automobile accident.

He worked for a Christian company in Saint Charles called Master Signs. He was a color specialist, designer, programmer, craftsman, woodworker, photographer and much more.

He loved the Lord with all of his heart, mind, body and soul.

He and his wife, Cathy had been married for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Sherwood. He also has two children, Ethan who is an airman (24) and Evie who is in Claims for insurance (21), Ethan has a baby girl Winter who is 2 and a stepson, Colby, who were both the joy of my husband’s life. They called him Peepaw. Ben’s parents are Ben and Marsha Sherwood. His two sisters, Holly and Katie, are grown. Holly has 8 kids - Abigail, Samuel, Seth, Ben, Tom, Bethany, Matthew, Lydia. Katie has no children.

There isn’t a person that has met him who wouldn’t have something wonderful to say about him.

He was and is and evermore will be one of the greatest, sweetest and most loyal man that walked the Earth.

He will be cremated, and services will be held at a later date.
