Bert Arthur Armour, 69, of Barlow passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Mr. Armour formerly worked for the city street department.
Surviving is his wife, Arlene Armour of Barlow.
He will be cremated per his wishes and no services will be held.
