Beverly Cook

Beverly Cook 67, of Paducah passed away December 13th, 2011 at 5:05 AM at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are two brothers, Jerald Smith of Gilbertsville, and John Smith of Paducah; one aunt, Halene Neal of Paducah; dear friends, Edd and Vickie Roe; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Cook.

No public services are scheduled at this time. Cremation will be performed by the Cremation Society of Paducah.
