Billie Gene Harrison

Billie (Bill) G. Harrison, 85, of Paducah passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah.
Mr. Harrison was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 181 for over 55 years. Bill was of the Baptist faith. He was baptized in a creek in Graves County.
Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Frances Harrison of Paducah; one daughter, Paula (Randall) Kepner of Kuttawa; one son Dennis Harrison of Paducah; three grandchildren, Gaydara Smith of Murray, David Artis of Shelbyville, KY, Allen Artis of Benton; five great-grandchildren; one sister, and one brother.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maycell Davenport; one sister, and one brother.
Private family services will be held at a later date at Trace Creek Cemetery.
