Billy Dowell

Billy Joe Dowell, 81, of Paducah passed away Friday January 3rd at Baptist health of Paducah. He was a retired welder for Walker Boat Yard and a US Navy veteran.
He is survived by two sons; Mark Dowell of Chapin, S.C., and Billy Joe Dowell of Lexington, S.C., one daughter; Karen Perez of Lexington, S.C., and three brothers; Bob Dowell, Donald Dowell, and Michael Dowell all of Paducah.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Carl and Mary Elizabeth Toy Dowell, one sister; Betty Ann Joyce, and one daughter; Donna Ferrin.
Graveside services will be held at Maplelawn Cemetery in Paducah on Friday January 10th at 11am.
