Billy Franklin

Billy Gene Franklin, 84 of Paducah died at 5:07 am Friday, November 6, 2015 at McCracken Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Franklin was a retired driver with Guy Gray Supply and a member of Oaks Church of God.
Surviving are one son, Ronnie Franklin of Paducah; three brothers, John, Don and Jim Franklin, all of Paducah; two sisters, Allen Johnson and Shirley Johnson, both of Paducah; three grandsons, Bill Freeman, Ronnie Riley and Jamey Freeman; one granddaughter, Michelle Franklin; one great granddaughter, Hope Davidson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Orean Cain Franklin; one daughter, Gloria Franklin Sledd; and ten brothers and sisters. His parents were Johnnie and Addie Franklin.
Services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Lindsey Funeral Home, with Richard Dobbs officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
