Mr. Bobby M. Clark, 88, of Paducah, KY passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Baptist Health with his family by his side.
Bobby was born on April 13, 1935, in Houston, Mississippi to the late Hattie Clark. His extensive career includes former subcontractor for U. S. Army Corps. of Engineers, security escort for United States Enrichment Corporation, mechanic for Troy’s Automotive and Bill Russell’s Garage, elevator tradesman for Otis Elevator Co. and Dover Elevator Co., and flagger for ICG Railroad. He enjoyed traveling, reading Western novels, watching his beloved UK Wildcats win, good homecooked meals, and the love of his family.
Surviving is his wife of 47 years, Judy Clark of Paducah; four children, Karen Smalley (Bobby), Tina Moorhead (Chris), and Ginger Clark, of Lexington, Kentucky and Craig Clark of Hernando, Mississippi; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Regina Howard (Buford) and brother-in-law, Gary Davenport (Diana); two nieces, Nancy Draffen (RL) and Melissa Warren (Bill), and one nephew, Brian Howard (Kristy); five great nieces; four great nephews; and four great-great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Clark; twin aunt, Mattie Clark; two sons, Michael Clark, and Robbie Clark.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated, and no services held. The family will have a private gathering at a future date.
