Boyd L. Walker

Boyd L. Walker, 82, of Calvert City passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at his residence.

Boyd was a retired chemical operator. He was a member of Eastside Holiness Church and the Masonic Lodge #449. He loved UK sports, playing bingo, and was a very patriotic person.

Surviving are his four children, Timothy (Stephanie) Walker of Lexington; Michelle (Travis) Gibson of Kevil, Matt Walker of Calvert City, Lloyd (April) Walker of Murray; five grandchildren, Casey (Collie) Hall, Amanda (Jared) Hendrix, Mattelynn Walker, Micah Walker, Waylon Ford; three great-grandchildren, Carsten Hall, Camber Hall, Autumn Hendrix; and one sister, Eva Belt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William “Skeet” and Zettie Walker; one brother, Bobby Walker; and one sister, Billie Jean Walker.

We would like to offer special thanks to Trisha Trullinger for the loving care she provided to our dad over the last five years. 

Memorial service with Masonic Rites will be at 6:00pm on Thursday, January 16, 2024 at Lindsey Funeral Home.

Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to service hour on Thursday at the funeral home.
