Carmen E. Wade, 21, of Gilbertsville passed away on Wednesday February 5, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
She loved to listen to music.
Surviving are one sister, Meleena Wade of Gilbertsville; and one niece, Angelise Wade of Gilbertsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Wade and Marcia Brenneke.
No services are scheduled at this time.
