Biography Carol Cunningham, 50, of Gilbertsville died Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Lourdes hospital.
She is survived by one son, Matthew Cunningham of Gilbertsville; one daughter, Ashley Fulks of Calvert City; one sister, Lori Bryant of Smithland; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother. Her parents were James Roy Belt Sr. and Edra LaVerne Carrier.
Memorial service will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Kentucky Lake Mission Church with the Rev. Danny Holt officiating.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
