Charles Franklin Asbell, 70, of Paducah died on Tuesday March 15, 2016 at Barkley Center in Paducah.
Mr. Asbell was a former landscaper.
Surviving is one sister, Joan Garrett of Cumming, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mildred Asbell.
