Charles "Charlie" Duncan

Charles “Charlie” Duncan, 81, of Paducah, died Thursday, December 1st 2016 at Baptist Health of Paducah. Charlie was a retired service manager for Montgomery Wards. He loved gardening, especially growing tomatoes. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed watching old western movies. He was affectionately known by his grandchildren as “Grandpa Jelly”.

Charlie is survived by his favorite daughter and son in law, Carolyn (Steve) Munson of Fairfield, CA.; one son, Glen (Kelly) Duncan of Sacramento, CA.; one brother, Robert (Fran) Duncan of Lebanon, TN.; three grandchildren, Stephanie (Billy) Grant of Fairfield, CA., Samantha Duncan of Concord, CA., and Rachel Munson of San Francisco, CA.; two great grandchildren, Piper and Max Grant; and two special nephews, Terry and Mike Duncan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Admiral Dewey and Audrey Duncan; one son, David Duncan; one sister, Kathleen, and one brother, Paul.
