Charles Walter McMillen

Charles “Chuck” Walter McMillen, 75, of Gilbertsville passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

He was a roofing foreman for many years in the Chicagoland area before retiring to their lake house in Kentucky. He enjoyed fishing and working in his garage, but more than anything, he loved spending time with his family.

Surviving Chuck is his devoted wife of 45 years, Danuta McMillen; his three daughters, Marlo (Richard) Bowman, Samantha (Jeffrey) Kline, and Jeannine (Vincent) Fanizzo; eight grandchildren, Shane McMillen, Sarah Bowman, Tabatha Bowman, Grace Hunt, Emma Hunt, Jackson Kline, Jacob Fanizzo, and Julia Fanizzo; four great grandchildren; and one brother, Anthony Fanale.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Angeline (nee Pantano) Heinan, and brother, Nicholas Fanale.

Charles will be cremated and a private family memorial service to be held at a later date.
