Clara Dunlap May

Clara Alice Dunlap May, 84, of Paducah died at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and the ladies auxiliary of American Legion Post 31.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Paul Evan May; one daughter, Sharon Browning of Paducah; one son, Ray Evan May of Mayfield; one sister, Wilma Yarbrough of Houston; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Larry Paul May; one daughter, Paula Suzette May; two brothers; four sisters; and a great-grandson.
Her parents were Halbert and Ruth Warmouth Dunlap.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Gregory Waldrop officiating. Entombment will be at a later date in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
