Clyde Alexander

Clyde “Dickie” Alexander, 76, of Unionville, IL. Died Thursday evening, August 13th, 2015 at The Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Dickie was a retired laborer for Union Hall #1214 and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Berthie of Unionville; two sons, Eric Alexander of Unionville, and Keith Alexander of Paducah; two sister in laws, Ruby Followell of Plainfield, IL., and Norma Harris of Brookport; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley and Edna Williams Alexander; and one son, Bobby Joe Alexander.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, August 18th, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Brookport starting at 10am until 12pm. Funeral service will be at 12pm with Rev. David “Buck” Siere officiating. Burial will follow at Pell Cemetery in Brookport, IL.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
