Cynthia Denise Cooper, 43, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral service will be at 12:00pm on Friday, May 2, 2017 at the Fairview Missionary Baptist Church in Mayfield with the Rev. Greg Hussey officiating. Cremation will follow.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Friday at the church.
