Dale Sullivan

Dale Sullivan, 39, of LaCenter died Friday, December 27 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.

Dale was a welder at Tradesman international and attended the Faith Center in Paducah.

He is survived by his parents, Loye and Darla Sullivan; two daughters, Lanea Sullivan and Shelbi Sullivan; one brother, Jeremy D. Sullivan; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins,

Dale is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
