David Earl Ashby, 69, of Metropolis died on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Baptist Health Paducah.
He was a utility operator and of the Baptist faith.
David is survived by his three children, Randy Ashby of Vienna, Mindy Ashby and Kim Butwell both of Vienna. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Ashby and Rosalee Finney; one sister, Rita Finke; and a granddaughter, Hadley Ashby.
