David Braxton Cason

David Braxton Cason, 69, of Paducah, died Tuesday afternoon,  May 8th, 2018 at his home. David was retired with 20 years’ service from Westvaco- New Page Co. He was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church of Paducah.

David is survived by wife of 47 years, Freida; three children, Kathryn Cason of St. Louis, MO., John Braxton Cason of Temecula, CA., and Annemarie Sacra of Mt. Washington, KY.; one brother, Wallace Cason of Tupelo, MS.; one sister, Jenny Crowson of Oxford, MS.; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Benard Cason and Martha Ann Drew Frank.

Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.

Per David’s and the family wishes, no services will be held at this time. A private burial will be held at a later date.
