David Curtis Goodman

David Goodman, 61, of Metropolis, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 11th, 2023 at Baptist Health of Paducah.

David was a retired Laborer in the Factory worker field who enjoyed playing video games for fun and loved exploring history. David was a caring brother, uncle, and a kindhearted man.

David is survived by two sisters, Joan Goodman of Trenary, Michigan, and Alissa Goodman of Metropolis; two nieces, Autumn Morgan of Escanaba, and Racheal Davis of Trenary, Michigan; and one nephew, Reuben Morgan of Ishpeming, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Goodman and Shelia Harrison Goodman; and one brother, Bobby Godman.

Family will announce at a later date graveside services that will be held at Independence Cemetery in Pope County, Illinois.
