David Darrell Ort

David Ort, 66, of Fredonia, passed away at Baptist Health of Paducah on January 21st, 2024.

David was formally employed by Central Paving of Paducah. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved working on cars as well.

David is survived by three children, Dejay Ort and Haley McCammon of Steele, Mo., Chassidy (Brandon) Workman of Brookport, and Robert Hutchison of Farmington, Ky.; six grandchildren, Hayden Ort, Brittany McGrew, Chase Workman, Aiden McGrew, Austin McGrew, and Keaton Workman.

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Brenda Ort; his parents, Arthur Lee Ort and Virginia Ort; two siblings, Charlotte Ramsey, and Kenneth “Baldy” Ort.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
