Delma J. Boss

Delma Jean Boss, 79, of Paducah passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at her residence. She was retired from Bell South Telephone.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Carman of Paducah and her son, Steve Sharpton of Paducah; her brother, Gary Downs (JoAnn) of Paducah, her sisters, Linda Northington (Bobby) of Kevil, Barbara Logsdon (David) of Barlow and Marilyn Raye of Calvert City. Grandchildren, Jason Sturma (Halley) of Dowagiac, Michigan, Jessica Sturma of South Bend, Indiana and Brittany Monical (Chase) of Paducah; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jean was presided in death by her son, Brian Sharpton and parents, Delmus and Gertrude Down, brothers, Bill Downs and Al Downs and a sister, Joyce Reber.

There will be no service at this time but a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
