Dennis Jewell Lee Sr.

Dennis J. Lee Sr., 86, of Benton, died Wednesday, October 5th, 2016 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Marion, Illinois.
Dennis was a retired auto mechanic. He was an avid fisherman, and loved woodworking in his later years. Dennis was a member of the Moose lodge in Crown Point, Ind.
He is survived by his spouse of 64 years, Lorene; four children, Brenda Ridenour of Waukesha, Wis., Debbie Storey of San Diego, Ca., Dennis (Patti) Lee Jr. of Crown Point, Ind., and William (Denise) Lee of Benton, Ky.; six grandchildren, Paul Ridenour, Caila Christian, Michael Lee, Craig (Stephanie) Lee, Amy (Jason) Corns, and Lisa (Larry) Nemec; five great grandchildren, Piper Ridenour, Ava Nemec, Allan Nemec, Treyton Corns, and Cooper Lee; and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Virginia Hastings Lee; four sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah from 4pm until 7:30pm. Cremation will follow the visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Community Living Center at the VA Administration Hospital in Marion, Il.
