Donald Leigh Mathis

Donald L. Mathis, 72, of Paducah passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Mathis was born on December 4, 1944 in Paducah, KY. He was a former employee of VMV Enterprises of Paducah and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Lena Mae Mathis; two daughters, Rhonda Englert and husband Jack, Tina Rudd and husband Don; one son, Sheldon Mathis and wife Rose; and grandchildren, Trae and Stephanie Rudd, Jeffery Mathis, Beau Mathis, and Sean Mathis; and one great-grandson, Ethan Rudd.

His parents were Bill and Doris Mathis.

Private family services will be held.
