Donald S. Quick

Donald Quick, 68, of Calvert City, died Tuesday morning, September 11th, 2018 at Baptist Health of Paducah.

Donald was a retired Chemical Safety Officer for Air Products of Calvert City. Donald was a former Jaycee with the Fulton Ky. chapter, and a former EMT and Firefighter with the Fulton, Ky. and Calvert City fire departments.

Donald is survived by his wife of 49 years, Christine; one daughter, Julie Bateman of Chicago; five siblings, Daniel Quick of New Mexico, Pat Hartman of Collinsville, IL., Deborah Vallero of Montauk, MO., Ronald D. Quick of Collinsville, IL., and Kathy Wills of Rolla, MO.; one grandson, Ivan Bateman of Chicago; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Sylvester and Menta Barton Quick.

Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to either the Fulton Ky. Fire Department or the Calvert City KY. Fire Department.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 20th, 2018 from 4pm until 7pm at Trifecta Bar and Grill at 109 Carroll Rd. in Draffenville, Ky. All family and friends are invited.
