Donna Asher, 63, passed away from this life on Monday, January 28th, 2019 in Mayfield, Ky. She was loved by many as a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Donna loved life and enjoyed being with family and friends.
She was born on February 1st, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Chicago, IL before moving to Kentucky. She loved the Kentucky Wildcats, her number one team for many years. She loved watching and talking about any kind of sports. When she laughed, everyone laughed. That’s how she was, a fun loving person that you couldn’t help but love.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Tracy) Gwin, her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved, Drew, Autumn and Amber from Hazard, KY.; her sisters and brothers, Darlene (Joe) Jankowski of Wisconsin, Ken (Julie) Campbell of Mayfield, KY., Wade (Teresa) Campbell of Marion, IL., Melody Campbell of Mayfield, KY., and Tracy (Daniel) Holloway of Corinth, MS.; her special friend Ralph in South Carolina where she finally was able to see the ocean and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Vertie Campbell, her husband Delbert Asher, her sister, JoAnn Jackson and her beloved puppy, Cletus.
Her love for her family and friends will be missed greatly by everyone she met thoughout her life.
A Celebration of life for Donna will be set at a later date for family and friends in Mayfield, KY.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal.
