Donna Rae (Burgess) Atkins

Donna Rae Atkins, 68, formerly of South Chicago Heights, IL died on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

She was a registered care giver by profession.

She is survived by her loving children, Tammie Walsh of Plainfield, IL, Michael Orendoff of Salem, KY, Sandra Rader of Monroe, LA, Thomas Orendoff of Clinton, MO, Norma Harris of Brandon, FL, and Jacki Clausen of Steger, IL.  She is also survived by her cherished siblings, Debra Risley of Galesburg, IL and Norman Burgess Jr of Westpoint, Ga; as well as 13 wonderful grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her adoring parents, Norman Burgess, Sr. and Dorothy Burgess (Sandifer) as well as one grandchild, Matthew Seth Orendoff.

A private memorial was held by the family.
