Edward Rogers Jr

Edward “Sonny” Rogers Jr., 75, of La Center, formerly of Lovelaceville, died on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center.

Mr. Rogers was a former grocery delivery driver and member of Lovelaceville Baptist Church.

Surviving is his wife, Rita Rogers of La Center; one son, Terry J. (Alexis) Rogers of Benton; one daughter, Sherry (Jeff) Alvey of La Center; three grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one niece; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Rogers Sr. and Lucille Rogers; and one brother.

Graveside services will be at 11:00am on Saturday April 2, 2016 in the chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
