Edward Warwick, 79, of Metropolis, IL passed away December 12th, 2014 at Baptist Health of Paducah after an extended illness. He was born in Massac County, IL June 25th, 1935 to Claude and Reba E Burnett Warwick. Mr. Warwick was retired and did odd jobs around Massac County. Survivors include a beloved companion, Donna Strange; one daughter, Gina Mann and Fiance Mike Ely; one son, Eddie (Heather) Warwick; two sisters, Mary E (Gene) Warwick Hollinsaid and Helen Marie Warwick Coburn; one brother, Scott Warwick, all of Metropolis; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Audrey Flo Altenberger Warwick, one daughter, Aleta M. Warwick; and one sister, Janice Ann Warwick.
A memorial visitation will be held December 15th, 2014 from 10am till 12noon at Cherry Street Pentecostal Church at 1015 East 2nd St. in Metropolis, IL with a service starting at 12 noon with Rev. Russell Gilbert and Rev. Joe Vance officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.
