Biography
Scotty Perkins, 62 of Mayfield died Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center.
Surviving are his three sisters, Brenda Turner of Mayfield, Cindy Gunn of Paducah, and Vickie Scott of Louisville; and two brothers, Tom Perkins Jr. of Wickliffe and Marty Perkins of LaCenter; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pete Perkins; and his father, Tom Perkins.
After a private family service, interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
