Biography Elva Strader Beasley, 81, of Paducah went home to be with the Lord Wednesday July 30th at Baptist Health of Paducah.
She was an active member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Elva was also a past employee of Florshiem Shoes. She loved her family and enjoyed being around them including her beloved pet dog Markie.
She is survived by one son, Joe (Cheryl) Strader of Reidland; three daughters, Evonda (Michael) Vinson of Ledbetter, Patricia (Marvin) Neely of Reidland, and Donna (Donnie) Ragsdale of Union City, Tn.; six grandchildren, Tee Tommy Vinson, Amanda Breedlove, Drew Strader, Tab Ragsdale, Todd Ragsdale, and Tara Williams; four great grandchildren, Kolton Breedlove, Luke Vinson, Chase Ragsdale, and Will Ragsdale; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, UA Strader, William Cunningham, and Ed Beasley; her parents, Clyde and Sally Hamm Cash; one brother, Elvis Cash; and one sister, Dora Hurst Lee.
Visitation will be Friday evening August 1st, from 5 to 8pm at Lindsey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday August 2nd at 11am at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Royce Dukes and Michael Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Calvert City Cemetery. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.lindseyfuneral.com
