Essie McKendree

Essie B. McKendree, 90 of Paducah died at 2:45 A.M. Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Lourdes Hospital.
Mrs. McKendree was a cafeteria worker at the Easter Seal Center in Paducah and a member of Southland Baptist Temple.
Surviving are two sons, Bobby McKendree of Kevil and Billy McKendree of Metropolis; four daughters, Patsy Herzog of Reidland, Betty Graves of Kevil, Kay French of West Paducah, and Debbie Kelley of Kuttawa; one sister, Opal Feagin of Clermont, FL; thirteen grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy L. Tucker and Sarah M. Ward Tucker; her husband, Kelza Marvin McKendree; one son, Tommy McKendree; one daughter, Barbara Gail McKendree; five brothers and one sister.
Graveside Services will be at 1:00 Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel, with Bro. Harold Council officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
