Estell Townsend

Estell Townsend, 90, of Paducah, died Monday Jan. 19, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky.

She is survived by one daughter, Maggie Turby of Quinton, Ala., three sons, Robert Townsend of South Haven, Miss. , Rodney Townsend of Mayfield, Ky., and Frank Townsend of Paducah, KY., 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Townsend, two sons and one daughter. Her parents were R.C. and Bertie Watkins.

Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Lindsey Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
