Eugene Kell

Eugene E. Kell, 78, of Paducah, died Tuesday March 22, at his residence. Mr. Kell retired after 37 years as Assistant Superintendent with Paducah Water Works.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Pearl Faughn Kell.
He is also survived by his sons Richard Kell, of Paducah, and David (Elaine) Kell also of Paducah, two sisters, Louise Harrison of St. Augustine FL, and Betty Cox of Beecher, IL, four grandsons Richard O. Kell, Darrell Kell, Andy Kell, and Chris Kell, as well as one great grandson Mason Kell.

He was preceded in death by his Parents Eugene A. and Beulah Bradley Kell, and his sister Georgia Wilkinson.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM – 8:00PM on Thursday and again from 12:00 until funeral service at 1:00PM Friday at Lindsey Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Brooks Memorial Park.
