Floella Davenport, 89 of Paducah died at 1:00 am Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of East Side Holiness Church.
Surviving are four daughters, Elizabeth Freemen, Patricia Pickett, and Diane Beard, all of Paducah, and Sheena Hendrix of Douglasville, GA; three sons, James Freemen of Nashville, Uvil Freeman of Paducah, and Roger Davenport of Paducah; three sisters, Marie Gamble, Dorothy Bottoms and Betty Jo Thorne, all of Paducah; three brothers, Jerry Taylor of Phoenix, AZ and Donna and Truman Taylor of Paducah; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conley Davenport; two sons, Elmer Ray Freeman Jr. and Sylvester Freeman; one daughter, Linda June Gardner; one brother; three sisters and one great grandchild. Her parents were Willie and Beulah Taylor.
Services will be Thursday at 11:00 am at Lindsey Funeral Home, with Brother Mike Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Kenton Cemetery.
