Biography Flora Marie Sullivan, 102, of Metropolis, Illinois passed away Thursday morning at her home.
Mrs. Sullivan was a homemaker and a member of Waldo Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Louise Reed, Genevieve May, Neva Hicks, John Sullivan, Floyd Sullivan, Alice Shelby, Donald Sullivan, Roger Sullivan, Jane Williams, Brenda Langford, all of Metropolis, and Lindell Sullivan of Hamilton, Ohio; thirty three grandchildren; sixty four great grandchildren; twenty three great great grandchildren; one sister, Nellie Mae McCormick Holt; and numerous other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Sullivan; her parents, Lee Andrew and Nellie Ethel Owens Sullivan; one daughter; one granddaughter; one great granddaughter; and nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Monday January 12th, 2015 at Waldo Baptist Church at 1pm with Rev. Jack Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Audubon Cemetery in Pope County.
Friends may visit the family on Monday January 12th, 2015 at Waldo Baptist Church from 11am till funeral hour.
