Biography Frances H. Cochran, 92, of Paducah died at 7:30AM on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center.
Mrs. Cochran was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church and was retired from South Central Bell. She was also a life member of the Telephone Pioneers.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcia C. Rust of Paducah; her granddaughter, Emily Louise of Paducah; and her great-granddaughter, Rylee Peyton Summers of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Cochran; two sisters; and one brother. Her parents were James Samuel and Marquritte Smith HIll.
A private graveside service will be conducted.
