Gene Rogers Adams Sr.

Gene Adams, 69, of Mayfield, died Sunday night, October 1st, 2017 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Gene was a retired School Bus driver and was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam conflict.
Gene is survived by his wife of 40 years, Betty of Mayfield; two sons, Gene Rogers Adams Jr. of Walls, Miss., and Billy Lee Adams of Kennebunkport, Maine; one sister, Judy Whalen of Murphysboro, TN.; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Edward and Core Dell Ross Adams; three sisters; and two brothers.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, October 6th, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah from 12 noon until 2pm when military rites will be performed. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the charity of your choice.
