George Buchheit, 78, of Paducah passed away Tuesday afternoon at his home with his family by his side. He was a member of the Church of Christ and a veteran of the United Sates Marine Corp.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, two sons, three daughters, one brother, eight grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Burial will be in Maplelawn Park Mausoleum. There will be no visitation.
