Ingeborg Middleton ,86, of Paducah went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on December 10, 2016.
Ingeborg Tremmel was born in Vienna, Austria on June 12, 1930. It was there, in war torn Austria, that she met an American soldier, Clifton Lee Middleton and feel in love. Clifton and (Inge), as she is known by most people, were united in marriage in Austria. After the war, Clifton brought his young and beautiful wife home to the United States, where they eventually settled in Paducah.
Surviving is one daughter, Sandy Marie Hendley (Richard) of Melber, KY; two grandsons, Preston Richard Hendley of Paducah, and Clifton Trent Hendley of Melber, KY; one niece, Eva Dannhoff (Thomas) and their two children of Vienna, Austria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton; her parents, Paul and Marie Tremmel; one brother, Walter Tremmel; one sister, Erna Radhl.
She was of the Church of Christ Faith.
Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home with Bro. Don Hendley officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorlal Gardens.
