Isidro Fernando Lopez Jr., 64, of Mayfield died Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
He was a laborer in the poultry industry and was of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Lopez is survived by his wife, Rita Lopez; four sons; one daughter; one brother; three sisters, and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isidro and Olympia Lopez, and one sister.
No services are scheduled.
