James Causey, 81 from West Paducah, KY passed on March 1, 2017 at 11:01 am in his home surrounded by his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather & great-grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Murliene Boyer Causey; 3 children; Karen (Bubby) Henson of Caruthersville, MO, Jimmy (Kim) Causey of Dayton, TX & Joe (Laura) Causey of Kevil, KY.
5 grandchildren, Brett Henson, Keith Brewer, Bud Causey, Jeannie Causey, & Megan Causey; 7 great-grandchildren Kiana, Aidan, Addy, Savanah, Killian, Maddox and Lilli; 2 brothers, Frank (Patsy) Holton and John (Kathy) Blue and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Eunice Blue, daughter, Brenda Causey Brewer, brother George Holton, and grandson Ricky Henson.
Jim was an avid outdoors man. He worked for 32 years in the ship yard industry and retired from Paducah Marine Ways.
