James A. “Uncle Goody” Minton
James A. Minton, 77, of Paducah, passed away at 2.00 AM Sunday at his home.
Mr. Minton was a member of New Life Baptist Church of Paducah.
Survivors include his four daughters, Lorrie Tucker of Paducah; Tammy Smith, Melissa Minton, and Lisa Minton all of Melber, 11 Grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Maude McBride Minton, three brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be 12:00 Tuesday at Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Kineman officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Bayou Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
