James Edward Stice

James Stice, 89 of Paducah passed away Thursday December 21, 2023 at his home.

He retired from Kroger as a dairy manager.  He stayed busy working on vehicles, mowers and doing yard work.

He is survived by one son, James Stanley (Nancy) Stice of Paducah.  Four grandchildren; Sara (Josh) Beith of Paducah, Eric Kennedy of Frankfort, KY. Adam Kennedy of Paducah, and Matt (Kayse)  Stice of Bardwell.   Nine great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

James and Shirley both enjoyed camping and being outdoors.  James and Shirley were both members of Paducah First Church of the Nazarene They loved their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Stice  and Eva Cross Stice.  One daughter, Renita Kennedy Miller.  One brother and one sister.

A joint memorial service for late wife Shirley Stice (2-17-2023) and James Stice will be 1 p.m. Saturday January 6, 2024 at Lindsey Funeral Home.  The Rev. Richard Dobbs officiating
