Jamie Lynn Burks 33, died on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Mercy Health/Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY

She was a Christian and worked in the housekeeping industry.

She is survived by her mother Brenda Mathis and her daughter Breanna Gonzales both of Ledbetter, her sisters Kachelle Ford of Ledbetter and Susie Knapp of Gilbertsville, and a brother Jeffrey Don Burks of Texas.

She was preceded in death by her father Gary Don Burks and her niece Katie McFarland.
