Jan Wesley Cornwell, 53, of Paducah died at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lourdes hospital.
Mr. Cornwell was a stockman for Hank Brothers True Value hardware store and a member of Bridge Street Lighthouse Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Stacey Cornwell Campbell and Brenda Cornwell Mullins, both of Paducah; one son, Brian Cornwell of Paducah; four sisters, Aledia Fox and Brenda Franklin, both of Paducah, and Linda Bell and Tammy Esham, both of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two brothers, Gene Cornwell of Cape Girardeau and the Rev. Tony Davison of Paducah; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Owens and Virginia Faye Fox Davison, and one brother.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. today at Bridge Street Lighthouse Church with the Rev. Tony Davison officiating.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the church. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
