Janie (Klaffer) Beshears

Janie Beshears, age 66 of Brookport, Illinois passed away at 5am on Monday, January 23, 2023, at her home with her devoted husband and brother by her side.

Janie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Marvin “Peanut” Beshears; four daughters, Johnna Warren and husband Michael, Julia Scarborough and husband Jackie, Jenna Wiley and husband Kane, and Jenny Ermel and husband Zack; ten grandchildren, Kelsey Holt, Devin, Brian and Lucy Heine, Pacy Wiley, Keylee Wiley, Waylon Wiley, Carter Scarborough, Isaiah Scarborough, Kershaw Wiley; three great grandchildren, Emma Holt, Jaxon Holt, and Stella Heine; two sisters, Judy Fitch and Joyce Allen; and three brothers, Jimmy Klaffer, Jackie Klaffer and Johnny Klaffer.

Janie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Klaffer; grandson Hunter Beshears; and brother, Jerry Klaffer.

Pallbearers will be Zach Ermel, Brian Heine II, Nick Myrick, Cliff Austin and Jackie Klaffer.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 1:00pm with Rev. Charles Tate officiating.  Burial will follow at Pell Cemetery

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to the service hour at the funeral home.
